Board-certified dermatologist specializing in cosmetic and laser dermatology Doris Day, MD,  will lead the Toxins and Fillers for the Face course on Friday, September 24 will feature live patient injections – as will the Fillers & Toxins: From the Head to the Toes session led by aesthetic plastic surgeon Z. Paul Lorenc, MC, FACS.

Expert in female hair loss management and the treatment of pigmentation disorders, Valerie Callender, MD will lead a session on the Aesthetic Treatment Considerations for Skin of Color Populations, aimed at educating practitioners about the important differentiating factors when treating all skin types. Dr. Callender will also lead courses during the Hair Restoration for the Dermatologist session, such as hair loss in diverse patients and the role of topical treatments.

Glynis R. Ablon, MD, FAAD, director of the Ablon Skin Institute and Research Center will cover the topics of scarring and nonscarring alopecia, low-level laser therapy and LED light hair cap treatment. She will also be discussing the intersection of supplements, menopause, and hair growth, JAK inhibitors and their ability to combat hair loss, as well as leading an interactive Q&A about treatments for hair loss with Dr. Callender and Dr. Day.

By the end of the session, clinicians will be able to recognize key anatomical features of the lips, utilize appropriate injection techniques for lip augmentation, and apply their knowledge of dermal fillers and injection techniques for hands-on patient injections.

Chin Augmentation Anatomy and Injection

Our second workshop, Sharpening the Jawline: Chin Augmentation Anatomy and Injection Workshop will be held on Friday, September 24 and will delve into the intricacies of injectable chin augmentation practices. By the end of the workshop, attendees will be able to recognize the key anatomical features of the chin, apply appropriate injection techniques for this area, and utilize their knowledge for hands-on patient injections.

Full-Face Surgical Dissection and Injection for Non-Invasive Facial and Hand Rejuvenation

The intimate, CME Hands-On Cadaver Workshop: Full-Face Surgical Dissection and Injection Techniques for Non-Invasive Facial and Hand Rejuvenation  workshop will be held on Saturday, September 25 kicking off with a comprehensive Aesthetic Anatomy lecture followed by a full-face surgical dissection and hands-on workshop covering facial aesthetics and hand rejuvenation. Attendees can expect an in-depth facial anatomy overview with human cadaver facial dissection and comprehensive training in botulinum neurotoxin and dermal filler injection techniques with formal instruction from expert faculty.
