About

Anthony M. Rossi MD is a board-certified dermatologist with fellowship training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, lasers, cosmetic dermatology, and advanced cutaneous oncology at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Weill Cornell Medical College program.  He attend Weill Cornell Medical College where he is an assistant Professor of Dermatology. Anthony has utilized and studied lasers and light based devices, as well as non-invasive methods of imaging skin, such as reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM). His main translational research focus is to apply this technology to image both skin cancers and skin structure both in vivo and ex vivo to help better delineate subclinical margins, assess margins preoperatively, as well as assess the skin following non surgical treatments such as laser or photodynamic therapy. The use of non-invasive imaging has improved our ability to assess and guide treatment modalities. Anthony is also passionated about the use of non invasive procedures, lasers, fillers, and botulinum toxin to improve both the form and function of the skin after cancer therapies and has published on this work.  He is a current board member of the ASDS and chairs the policy priorities workgroup for the ASDS/A.  He also serves as the AMA delegate for the ASDS/A.   Additionally, Anthony is active in AAD advocacy, committees and continues to work internationally, in Ghana, Botswana, Tanzania and Kenya.
